Thanks goes out to all those who attended the very first FCC Cardio Tennis Class today.
Classes will continue on Tuesdays at 9:30am and Saturdays at 11am.
What is CardioTennis? Expect the following:
1. A good workout
2. To perspire.
3. Hitting tennis (orange) balls. These are softer than regular balls.
4. music !
5. Exersizes that include push-ups, crunches, lunges, jumping jacks, and more!!
Please wear appropriate court shoes so we can preserve the good condition of our clay tennis courts.
