The Annual FCC Doubles Championships begin in July.  

Format: Men’s and Ladies Doubles offered in the following combo Divisions: 6.0-under, 6.5, 7.5, 8.5.

Mixed Doubles Tourney

It’s that time again.....time to register you and your partner for this summer’s FCC Mixed Doubles Tourney.  Three divisions: 6.0 and under, 6.5 and up, 8.0 and up.

Welcome to the Club

I am very proud of our 2018 champions of the 7.0-above mixed doubles tournament!! In front of an audience of 23, JD Dale and Sarah Hughes held on to win a close battle with Chris Ostrander and his partner Jane Heck.   After two lopsided sets the score read 6-2 and 1-6.  Finally, Dale and Hughes prevailed in a match tie-break with a 12-10 score.   Ostrander and Heck actually held a match point at 9-8 but couldn't quite get to the finish line.  They put up a great fight and were good sports in defeat.  

The 6.5-under finals will be played Monday Sep 3 at 9am.  I hope to see another good crowd in attendance!!

Consolation Final Tuesday Night !!!!

The doubles team of Walton / Ostrander forfeited the consolation final of Men's Doubles. In their place, this year's FCC Club Championship team of Atkins / MacDonald have agreed to play against Kreuchauf / Hasegawa. 

The match begins Tuesday 6:30pm. Please stop by and watch !!!

The finals of the Club Championship was in "full swing" Sunday evening when the rain, thunder, and lightning came in full force. Plenty of fans were watching. With the team of Atkins and MacDonald ahead 6-3 and 2-0 in the second set, play will resume Monday at 6pm. Please stop by and check out what may very well be an interesting finish.

If you are interested in playing in this year's FCC Club Championship, please sign-up at the FCC Tennis Facility. This year we are hosting Men's Doubles and Ladies Doubles.

Find yourself any FCC Member as your partner and sign-up as soon as you can ! If you need a partner let me know and I'll help you find one. 

Matches begin as soon as USTA Season is complete - early August.
