New Pool Hours

Effective August 15 pool hours of operation change to the following:

8/15-17: open 4-8pm
8/18-19: open 11-8pm
8/20-22: closed 
8/23-24: open 4-8pm
8/25-26: open 11-8pm
8/27-29: closed 
8/30-31: open 4-8pm
9/1-3: open 11-8pm

Thursday July 5 - Due to continued threat of lightning and rain, the FCC 

Pool is Closed for remainder of the day.  

Wednesday June 27 - Pool Opening Delayed

Today's opening of the pool is delayed until at least 1pm.   Check back for updates at that time.  

Saturday June 23 - Pool Closed

The FCC Pool is closed today until the weather improves.   Check here later for updates.  

Friday June 22 - Pool not opening at 11am

Pool not opening at 11am.   Currently raining and more rain in today's forecast.   Will re-evaluate in 2 hours.   

Monday June 11 - Pool Re-Opening 2pm

The pool will open today at 2pm.  

Monday June 11 - Pool Closed until Afternoon

Pool closed due to rain and rainy forecast.   Possible re-open this afternoon.   Stay tuned.

Third Time a Charm

Being in charge of both the pool and the tennis courts this year is proving to be daunting, to say the least, bit I love my job ! I'm pretty sure things will get less crazy once the season actually begins.  

This was my Wednesday:

9-11am Shovel rocks and old material. Haul it away. 

11-12:30pm teach at Y

12:30-3pm More shoveling and hauling. Install windscreens 

3:30-7 more teaching at Y

7-8:30pm Install more windscreens 

Pool has been scoured 

Rocks removed and windscreens being installed 

That's heavy, wet, mucky Har Tru and rocks
